Class Description

Debi Lewis' Joyflow style of yoga is the culmination of over twenty years' experience exploring several styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and Kripalu. Joyflow classes heighten awareness and focus on the combined flow of breath and movement. Debi is skilled in offering individualized attention to students' needs, creating a classroom environment that is challenging, nurturing and inspiring.

We provide mats to beginners but recommend that you purchase your own mat. We have several varieties for sale at Joyflow. You will want to wear clothing that provides a full range of movement. Please be prepared to take off your shoes and socks. It is recommended that you come to class with an empty stomach, as a full stomach is very uncomfortable during practice.
