A new Belly Dancing Class 6 weeks Series begins Wednesday, September 15th and is $70. Please register prior to this class.

All marked with * are great for beginners.

*Alignment - learning and refining the alignment of basic postures with attention to accuracy and detail. Learn how to use props for better alignment. Longer holds build strength and stamina. Iyengar-inspired style.

*Joyflow Basics - learn the basics of posture and breath, connecting breath with movement helps you learn alignment and cultivate mindfulness and a deeper awareness of breath. Basics of Pranayama and Meditation introduced. Learn the foundations of Vinyasa (Flow).

Vinyasa - linking breath and postues in a flowing, sometimes vigorous, sequence which often builds toward a theme. More challenging postures will be introduced. Prior experience and understanding of safe alignment is recommended, so no beginners please. Power Yoga-inspired.

Yoga Groove - a vinyasa class with emphasis on grooving to the music. Let your stress melt away as you increase your flexibility, strength and stamina; let the flow lift your spirits.

Power - more vigorous vinyasa, inspired by Ashtanga Yoga. Recommend only for those who have a strong daily practice. We will rotate between Ashtanga's 1st and 2nd Series and Power Joyflow.

*Prana Flow - gentle flowing movements releasing stress of the day and increasing your mobility, followed by Pranayama and Meditation. Pranayama is the science of the breath; learn how to energize, balance and relax just by changing your breath. Yoga Meditation will transport you to bliss!

*Restorative - serious "advanced laying around" as we drape our bodies over blankets and bolsters in a variety of stretches. Receive the benefits of yoga while relaxing; very calming to the nervous system. Beginners welcome.

One Class $15 (1st class $10)
10 Class Package $100 (use within 3 months)

Unlimited per month $80

Unlimited per year $850 (plus PP fee, but still a savings of over $100)

Belly Dancing - an ancient art form that is a celebration of the female spirit and body, and is one of the safest, simplest and most effective ways to achieve lasting fitness. Taught by Michele Campbell of Missihippy.

Personalized Yoga Training / Therapy with Debi
$65 per session. Sessions last approximately one hour and 20 minutes.
For every 4 sessions, receive a free session. For every referral, receive a free session. Yoga that is tailored to your needs, with the addition of Phoenix Rising Therapy and Enneagram if desired. Can be shared with a friend and split the fee.
