Class Schedule & Pricing

All classes, except Flow, are great for beginners. All classes are 75 minutes long.

Beginners, start with any of the Basics, Alignment and Relaxation classes. After you have some basic experience, feel free to try a Flow class. Enjoy!

Class Descriptions:

Alignment - learning and refining the alignment of basic postures with attention to accuracy and detail. Learn how to use props for better alignment. Longer holds build strength and stamina. Iyengar-inspired style.

Joyflow Basics - learn the basics of posture and breath, connecting breath with movement helps you learn alignment and cultivate mindfulness and a deeper awareness of breath. Basics of Pranayama and Meditation introduced. These classes are beginner friendly, yet can also be challenging. Basics classes are a good introduction to the Flow classes.

Relaxation - Class begins with simple breathing and stretching as our tensions unwind. Then we drape our bodies over blankets and bolsters in a variety of stretches. Receive the benefits of yoga while relaxing; very calming to the nervous system. Some Meditation is introduced.

Vinyasa Flow- Vinyasa is usually defined as "flow" but it literally means "placing in sequence". Our Flow classes are fun, dynamic classes that are always unique and interesting. In Flow classes we link breath and postures in a flowing, usually vigorous sequence which often builds toward a theme. Ashtanga and Power-yoga inspired. A prior familiarity with the Basics of yoga is recommended.

Yoga Sculpt - a fun, but challenging flow class with the added dimension of weight training. So much fun, you won't realize how much strength and toning you are getting out of it, or how much you're sweating.

Belly Dancing - an ancient art form that is a celebration of the female spirit and body, and is one of the safest, simplest and most effective ways to achieve lasting fitness. Taught by Kristina Kelly of Missihippy.

Investment: $85 per hour session. 6 - one hour sessions = $480, 4 sessions = $325

$125 per 90 minute session. 6 - 90 minute sessions = $670, 4 sessions = $450

Please call for appointment - 601-613-4317. We now have a beautiful private therapy room upstairs and can schedule for your convenience. For best results, I recommend making a commitment of at least 4 consecutive sessions at a time.
