Yoga Nine Ways: An Introduction to the Enneagram

Yoga Nine Ways

A 3 week workshop: Tuesdays 7:15,

September 14, 21, and 28. $65

Please RSVP by Sept 10th - space is limited.

If you missed the last Saturday afternoon class on Enneagram, here's your chance to learn about it. We'll have more time to go deeper and add in more yoga, so if you are already familiar with it, you'll still enjoy the class.

This class will be both an introduction to the Enneagram and how yoga can be used with it. The Enneagram is a model of personality patterns based on our unconscious motivations, needs and fears. Understanding the Enneagram will give you insight into yourself, as well as compassion for others. In this workshop you will also learn how to customize your yoga practice according to your particular Enneagram pattern to help you feel balanced and centered. I'll work with each person individually and help you work out a short daily practice to keep yourself "well-tuned".

Debi Lewis, ERYT 500, has been studying the Enneagram for many years and has completed the coursework through Don Riso and Russ Hudson's Enneagram Institute program. She offers consultations individually and leads weekend workshops on Enneagram and Yoga.
